We are a rapidly growing real estate development company belonging to one of Lithuania’s corporate groups with long-term experience in the construction and real estate development business. UAB PST Investicijos controlling interest is held by AB Panevėžio Keliai and AB PST.
As a member of this group, in our daily activities we use the experience gained over more than 50 years, strong business relations and knowledge of the Lithuanian and neighbour markets. In order to achieve the maximum quality and efficiency in implementing the real estate development projects we maintain close cooperation contacts with other members of our corporate group as well as external partners.
We understand the real estate development as a complex process covering market analysis, search for suitable lots, identification and estimation of the maximum business opportunities of projects, acquisitions, search for the best architectural solutions, optimal financing solutions, the  attraction of private investors to implement joint projects, construction process organisation, sale and rent of property and organisation of real estate management.
We pursue the goal to create real estate for living and working that best meets the needs of both private and business customers. We strive to maximise business opportunities in the projects implemented by us.
Our activity area covers the main Lithuanian cities and suburbs, Lithuanian seaside resorts and the neighbouring region of Kaliningrad.
The range of our real estate projects includes residential apartments, business offices, commercial and recreational facilities. We are ready to develop objects for industry and logistics.
