The development of the 54 ha territory in Kaliningrad’s strategically convenient location nearby the ring of the main highways has been launched.
The plan is to construct:

A hotel and a conference centre
Business park
Residential buildings
This will be Kaliningrad’s first and bigest multi-functional development
